avalox drug

Itapos;s like Iapos;m in a rollercoaster ride but everything is static and Iapos;m standing.

Iapos;m now in a new company - Transcom Asia. No more calls, just chats. YEY.

So, what happened with Sitel? Here you go..

I reluctantly resigned from Sitel on the 19th of September. I didnapos;t have any choice but to leave without further notice since I had a pending case-- all for browsing the freakin Internet.

It was just supposed to be a Class B offense-- just a suspensiion. But after the big bosses came back from NZ and reviewed my case, they reckoned that it should be Class D-- subject for termination. All for accessing the Internet They said It was breach of privacy and confidentiality.. Yadda yadda.

I was routing for a transfer to a new line of business and I was already included in the list. I was supposed to start training 19 September. But due to my offense, they had to put my transfer on hold because I still need to attend an Admin Hearing. Going through a hearing is like subjecting yourself to court. You would need to argue your side but if they (the upper ups and HR) think that youapos;re good to go, they would just let you "gracefully exit." In other words, you are terminated, but to put nicely, you were given the option to resign.

Barely six months ago, same thing happened. A Coach issued me an IR (incident report) for "shouting at the customer." I wasnapos;t shouting for chrissake. I was almost pleading to the customer, I was already in tears. And then this happened. One call was audited, and I was caught on screenshot that I was accessing the Net.

I concede; I was at fault. I know itapos;s against the house rules to browse the Web but then, who doesnapos;t? Agents and Coaches (take note: MANAGERS) alike access the Web. It just so happened that only agents get audited.

Anyway, Iapos;m already past that. Leaving Telecom and Sitel is actually a blessing. It was just sad to leave all of a sudden. It was sad to leave my friends. Itapos;s sad to finally give up something that I have been fighting for.

If not for the politicking, I may have stayed longer ang might have gotten that promotion. But fate gets in the way, and I thank God for that.

Over a year ago, I was already being offered a higher paying but less toxic job - still in a call center, but I declined the offer because I wanted to prove to myself that I can stay with Sitel for more than a year.

Yes, I was able to stay with Sitel for a year and 49 days, to be exact. And the stay wasnapos;t worth it. Not at all.
